You will need to show proof of your ticket purchase in order to board the shuttle. Guests will not be allowed entry at the gate; you must park at the shuttle pickup and present your event pass to the driver. You will need your photo ID to check out a set of headphones for the Silent Disco after midnight. Alternatively, you may put down a cash deposit which will be refunded upon the return of your headphones in excellent condition.
No onsite parking.
There is a designated parking area where guests may leave their vehicles and board a shuttle to the event (see the link below). The shuttle will be running from 12:45pm to 6:00pm, at which time the gates will close and we will seal the container. The shuttle will run from 12:30am to 1:30am to take any guests who are ready to leave back to their vehicles. The final shuttle run will be from 7:30am to 9:00am. Please remember to hide any valuables out of sight and lock your vehicles. We are not responsible for any theft or damage to vehicles left in the parking area.
Parking is on Old Railroad Way, taking a left off of Sugar Mill Road. Sugar Mill Road is on makai side of Hawaii Belt Road/Mamalahoa Highway about 15 minutes North of Hilo. For directions to the parking area, visit the link below.

This is a closed container. No entry after 6pm.
Our opening ceremony will be at 2:22pm and it would be powerful to have everyone there to set the intentions for the event. We will be closing the container at 6pm, so please be on site before this time! This is a gated community and no one will be able to show up unannounced. If you are unable to arrive before we close the container, please contact us ahead of time so that we can make accommodations. We want everyone to be able to share in the magic, but must also be respectful of the community in which we are able to host this wonderful event.
Bring your own drinking vessel.
Please bring a cup/water bottle/drinking vessel of some sort, as well as your own eating utensils and bowl or plate. We are trying to keep the waste to a minimum at this event. Every little bit helps. Bringing your own water bottle and cup is essential, or you won’t be able to enjoy our kombucha toast at midnight!
